I  am delighted  to welcome you to this site and hope to convey the passion and enthusiasm that  both staff and students bring to all that they do here making De Paul Science  College a  wonderful place of learning. As a college we have a strong focus students’ academic   progress and achievement. They are challenged to meet   the  demands  of the  achievements. We believe that  success is a result of the partnership between college, student and parents. I am very much happy about exceptional body of teaching staff we have working across college, engaging students in a wide range of exciting learning opportunities. For, education in the globalized world opens multiples of opportunities   that facilitate achievements in life. Opportunities are opened only to academically qualified candidates with adequate skills to perform meeting  the demands of the world. Visualizing the significance of education meeting the needs of the time the students of the De Paul Arts and Science College are trained to compete the world and obtain lifelong  achievements. This is made possible only when professionalism along with expertise work together in an excellent academic ambience facilitated by faculty  members of unbeatable  caliber. To address educational needs of Northern Malabar DASC is offering courses to meritorious students irrespective of caste, creed, or sex. A full furnished building, with modern educational assistant equipment, well-furnished computer lab and well stacked library can boost the academic performance.
DASC  places every student in a position where they are afforded choices through  their lives, unconstrained; by expectations of others, by their own ambitions and by external requirements and boundaries. All  students are intricate combination of both strengths and areas for improvement which are key to discovering and fulfilling potentials. Our students  success  cannot be defined by qualifications alone. They are trained to be dynamic and impactful   global citizens equipped to play pivotal  role  in every walk of life they enter. To this they are encouraged to engage themselves into the extensive array of extracurricular and co-curricular  activities they are offered. Aiming at this our excellent faculty members of different schools along with administrative and non-administrative team ensure that every student is guided  and cared to meet their academic requirements and obtain skills to architect their life exceeding expectations. Student leadership is fabric of the college. Our college administration plays pivotal role in the  functioning of the college and students Union thrives to ensure that their voices are best represented.
Development  never stop  with education rather developments can be boosted  through education. Education opens avenues to explore new dimensions of life which can advance the  very being of human nature. This is possible through facilitated learning. De Paul Campus intends  this facilitation to the students through exploring opportunities to learn. DASC is a co-educational institution which recognizes each students as unique and creation of loving God and dedicates itself to provide learning environment that is safe, caring and inspiring. It offers modern and well resourced facilities creating optimal conditions for learning that foster character and value excellence.
Our curriculum is based on Kannur University and is strongly underpinned by a core set of values: friendship, compassion, courage, excellence, responsibility, integrity, humanity, respect, sincerity, commitment and love which encourage self responsibility and high aspiration. Our staffs are dedicated to call of empowering students to discover themselves, deliver innovative and challenging academic and co-curricular programmes which engage students in educational journey. They keep abreast of best educational practice and embed digital technologies in teaching and learning applications so that the ways we teach and ways our students learn are unique and creative.
We are not hesitated to look into our deficiencies and transform us to an efficient agent of social change. We aim at regular scrutiny of thing a long way in quality of teaching and content of teaching. This will certainly go a long way in enhancing  quality  education in accordance with the objectives of the institution and is serving society at large with sensitivity  and commitment. We have made every effort to be sensitive and compassionate to the marginalized and the people in need. However we are happier when a student of rural background ‘progresses steadily from poor performance to better performance, moving towards excellence’.
